- Orders are normally processed within 1–2 working days.
- Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation where tracking is available.

- Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days after dispatch.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, busy periods, or circumstances outside our control.
- Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
🌍 International Delivery
We may offer international shipping depending on the destination.
- Delivery times vary by country and courier.

📍 Incorrect Address
Please make sure your delivery address is correct before completing your order.
If an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional postage may be required to resend the order.
📦 Damaged or Missing Orders
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged packaging/product
- Any relevant delivery information
If your parcel appears to be missing, please contact us so we can investigate with the delivery provider.
🚚 Delivery Delays
Once an order has been handed to the delivery provider, delays caused by the courier are outside our direct control. We will, however, do our best to assist you in tracking and resolving delivery issues.
