Refund policy
At House of Sunnah Perfume, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return in accordance with the terms below.
Change of mind
You have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be returned within a further 14 days.
For hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes, perfume oils and fragrances that have been opened, used, sprayed or tested cannot be returned unless the product is faulty or was sent incorrectly.
Returned products must be:
- Unused and unopened
- In their original packaging
- In a resalable condition
- Complete with any original seals and accessories
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will arrange an appropriate replacement, repair or refund where applicable.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds will normally be issued within 14 days in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.
Original standard delivery charges will be refunded where required by law. If you simply change your mind, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item, unless we have agreed otherwise.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different fragrance, please return the eligible item and place a new order.
Please note: We cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping. We recommend using a tracked delivery service and keeping your proof of postage.
